This was my first time here and they were amazing ....They were very patient and understanding with our situation and helped with working around it.
So I transitioned my daughter from another pediatric office in Virginia Beach because they were very rude.
I have since moved to Elizabeth City, NC and drive the hour and change to still come here. Since my daughter was 9 months old she has been coming here and she is now just a little over 1 years old. I have met with Dr. Bryan, his wife, and their fill in Dr. When they go on vaca. I have never ever had a bad experience at this practice. The staff at the front desk are always positive, bubbly, and polite. They treat you like they are happy to see you and value you as a customer and are always professional, every apt. I have ever had I have not waited for more than 10 minutes to be called back, if that. And the NURSE is omg the best pediatric nurse ever. I use to have mini heart attacks when my baby, only one, had to get shots but the nurse here, can't recall her name right now, is absolutely amazing. She is so kind, caring, knowledgeable, efficient, and she loves seeing my daughter.
My girls have been patients at Beach Kids Pediatrics for 7 years. The personalized care is top notch. We highly recommend BKP.
We love both doctors here. They really take the time to get to know your children. I have 3 kids, and no matter which one has an appointment Dr McDonald always asks how my other two are doing. We've been bringing our children here for years now and I would def recommend them.
