I arrived at this location right as they were closing. They still took me, got me hooked up with an oil change, tire & fluid fill-up and I was on my way. Definitely recommend. Wylie is full of good folks. Great job, Valvoline!

Super fast and friendly service! We sat in our car and we're in and out before we knew it

Had my oil changed here, very nice staff. BUT I needed to get inspection done and their "guy" is helping out in Princeton, went there few days later and the "guy" was still gone. This is a new clean place but I will get my services done elsewhere.

Very friendly and very efficient. In and out in 10 minutes despite it being rush hour (about 5pm)

I usually do not review places because I am to picky, I NEEDED to take time to give this place 5 stars. Not only are they quick and professional, they are honest about pricing. I usually do my own car repairs, and when I went to get an inspection, they noted some things that were off. They saw the issues that I could not catch myself. They took the time to explain it and went above and beyond to get an amazing price. My experience was handled by Akram and I could not be happier with my experience. Take it from someone who is extremely hard to make happy, let alone review it. Good job guys!

Grate at diagnosing probably and honest not out to take advantage of people

All the guys (and brandy lol) are amazing, they have wonderful customer service, there office and shop are well kept and there is always someone to chat with, never feel aquired waiting. they fixed my barring on my Dodge SRT in just a day, they greased up my nonworking ebreak and tightened my fork on my many shift (things i just asked them to look at they fixed out of curtisy) and a few days later when i got the car back, when i was driving the sound came back, i called and let them know i spoke with the owner, he told me to bring it in and in a few days they fixed it, they where thinking it was a manufacure error on the barrings, and they drove me home when i dropped off my car the second time (sweet of them and convienect!)... prior to coming to get it travis the owner called and let me know the sound came back for a a 3rd time, they checked it out and found out my suspencion bolts where eating the bearings, he got the new bolts in over the weekend and replaced them with my bolts which where too big, also he noticed my breaks where ruined as well and replaced them. My car runs great, no loud grinding sound. the whole time i was updated with the status of my car and i was charged an AMAZING price, i WOULD reccomend this mechanic to everyone. there attentive and excelent care and customer service can not be matched by any place ive ever been ..... KUDO to the lovely staff
