I was coming down for a interview and was looking for a gym to try out and we’ll I ended up here, and I’m very happy I did! The gym has a homey feeling to it but also rigid and rough! They have everything from CrossFit supplies to powerlifting! Staff was real nice, and very welcoming! I hope to make my way back!

I loved this gym! From the members to the staff, everyone was helpful and kind. Daniel, the manager and coach, was great. If anyone had any questions he took the time to really help them. There is also a lot of variety of equipment, if I wasn’t in VA Beach for just a visit, I would go there all the time!

I love being a member at ASD! In the beginning, I was a little nervous because I had no real experience In this type of fitness, but the coaching staff is always more than patient and helpful in my learning process. Every day I feel stronger and healthier! The classes are fun and different every day, and allow each person to push themselves to their personal limits. If you’re thinking about trying it, DO IT!

I found this gym to be intimidating at first since I have never done any weightlifting. Classes are so fun and challenging and the coaches are amazing. Everyone is so supportive at American Sled Dogs ❤️ ?? I love it, it's a great gym.
