I first used Hunter Hanger for a for sale by owner over 10 years ago when selling my first townhome to an investor. He was super easy to work with, super personable, and we bonded over having gone to JMU together.

Fast forward to this year, when I'm selling my home of the last 9 years and they asked me who I wanted to use. I immediately said Hanger law.

This was a smooth and easy process and I came for a super smooth closing, they were ready for me, my closing attorney was sharp, prepared, and very efficient. I was placed into one of their small conference rooms, offered a drink, and was probably in and out in less than 20 minutes total.

Highly recommend, their new office on Arctic Ave is very nice!
