The ladies are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help! They were very patient and helped me pick out several products that are a perfect fit. I also received demos and explanations on best application methods. Thankful for these ladies at Hilltop Ulta!!!

Came here tonight just looking for a change from my blah makeup routine. I met Nya(forgive spelling if wrong). She took the time to explain to me why each of the products work for ME - my skin, my age, my job, my routine. In customer service, this young woman is a super hero. She answered every question I had, with certainty, and I left feeling very excited about my new purchases. Everyone in the store went over and above - truly - but Nya stuck out to me. She was kind, courteous and patient. I’m an executive, i was very impressed and I would be very proud to have someone like her in my organization.
