  After another car slow-rolled into the back bumper of my new car at a light, their insurance referred me to Caliber for the estimate. I was impressed by Thomas' professionalism and thoroughness and chose to have my repair there as well. Caliber did a beautiful job, refinishing the bumper cover perfectly. He picked up on some damage to a trim part I had not noticed and replaced that. I was worried about the paint match, but they got the color and texture of the multi-hued metallic paint spot on. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. The timeline they gave me was clear, and they beat it by a day when the parts arrived on the early side of expected. I had clear and complete explanations and communication every step of the way. All in all, great service AND great workmanship.

  I had a great experience with this shop. My car was ready on time. They even brought me my vehicle to my job on base. Would highly recommend to military and civilian federal employees etc in the area and to anyone looking for a great body shop to fix their vehicle.

  Caliber Collision has fixed my Enclave immaculately, and ahead of schedule. Worked right along side my insurance as well to make it an easy process. Highly recommend!

  My husband and I have needed Calliber Collision's expertise on 2 occasions now. The first, my husband was almost victim to a pileup. He ran off the ran, scrapping the entire left side of his truck. The entire time they had my husband's truck, they maintained great communication on what was happening. They were fast and efficient in fixing all of the issues and returning the vehicle. They also gave my husband a ride home!
  
  On the second occasion, we were having an annoying issue with our parking light message coming up when there weren't any lights out. The issue was not related to their work, but being that we had established a trusting relationship, I called to ask for advice. They not only came to get the truck and returned it (which in and of itself is phenomenal) for me as my husband is out at sea and I have 2 sick kiddos at home, but they fixed the problem with no questions asked. The dealership was going to charge over $75 for a very simple diagnosis. Instead, I was able to save much needed time and money to take care of our girls while he is gone.
