Very informative store. If you're expecting just another shoe store you're way off. They make sure everything fits just right like it's supposed to and aren't just throwing something at you bc you walked in. We left with shoes she loves and very specific care and use instructions.

Me, my husband and my friend went today to try and buy some shoes. The sales person was wonderful and did a good job being alone and having several customers at the same time. She was very professional as well. Ended up buying 2 very cool pairs :) We have also apreciated the sanitizer at the entrance and the carefulness overall.

I was greeted with professionalism and patience by Heather this afternoon when I went in to buy my first pair of Birkenstock sandals. She was very friendly and helped me find the right size, noticing immediately when I needed the narrow instead of the standard size. She answered all of my questions and helped other people in the store as efficiently and with the same kindness she showed toward me. The store was clean and orderly, though the hours have changed they are clearly posted on the door. I had a great experience, and I am so glad that I decided to stop in to the store today.
