  Not only is she super talented with the fun colored masterpieces she creates, she has also been awesome with my blonde hair. As someone that is very select as to who I allow to touch my hair, especially a second time if I'm not impressed, I can say I will continue to be a client and to recommend her to others :)

  I have been a client of Crystal for about 4 years. I came to see her as I had royally screwed up my hair. She was absolutely amazing, working with me to get the color I wanted while caring for my hair and working with my budget. I trust no one else with my hair and I cannot recommend her enough. She deserves more than 5 stars!!!!

  The best fashion color stylist in the VB/Norfolk area. She is great at helping me decide what I want and always helps me make educated decisions on what is best for my hair long term. I love her spunk and sense of humor, every time I come in it’s a great experience. Her prices are reasonable and I never leave her salon unhappy! Thank you so much! ????????????

  I have been going to High Voltage Hair By Crystal Casey for about 2 years now. Previously, I always had terrible experiences in other salons. My first appointment was an AMAZING color correction. She made me feel comfortable and worked with me when I gave her my budget. I always make my full day available, arrive on time and prepare myself to be amazed. There is no one I trust more than Crystal.

  Crystal is professional and knows her stuff! I have very thick medium length coarse hair. She is the only hairstylist I know that can cut, color and blowout my hair properly. I have never been disappointed with the results.
