  Great home location with a quick walk to the beach and many local activities. Size was perfect for a large group, ample parking, and kitchen well stocked.
  
  We had one inquiry - quick to respond. Street is noisy late at night, so some sound proof windows are warranted, but not a reason to not come back!
  
  Great last minute getaway!

  We stayed at 408B The Lynnhaven House. The house was beautiful! It was the cleanest/nicest beach house we've ever rented. It was stocked with nice linens, detergents/soaps, shampoo etc. The kitchen had all of the basics. The walk to the beach was very easy. Sheppard & Caroline from Coastal Accommodations were very responsive prior to our rental and during our stay. Coastal Accommodations also offers extra services at very good prices.
  The only downside to the house location is that it was a little noisy, as the front of the house is on a main road. The closest beach was a little crowded too. The quality and cleanliness of the house, however, outweighed those issues. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip & stay at the Lynnhaven House.

  Coming to the end of another exceptional stay at #406A of Neptune East, one of the many Coastal Accommodations homes available at the Virginia Beach resort area. Retired early and sold my home and have been traveling throughout the world continuously for the past 5 years and with my periodic stays here in the Virginia Beach area, these units are on my list of top three rentals in all my travels. These newly constructed homes are very well designed, constructed, spacious, and most importantly decorated with high quality furnishings and appliances that no doubt makes you feel like you’re back in your own home! The numerous web site photos of the respective units are very accurate depiction of how wonderful these place are and maintained at a very high level, still look like new! And speaking of the web site, never have I come across one that was so well detailed with all the pertinent information and organized to which make booking a breeze. Located right off the beach and close to all the well know attractions in the Virginia Beach area, these are the perfect places to get away and relax. And checkout the photo I included that reflects the exceptionally landscaped courtyard that has filled in nicely since the homes where constructed a few years back for the Neptune East homes. Where else can you sit outside on your covered porch and enjoy a well maintained botanical garden with your morning coffee before you head out for the day! Anyone that is interested or planning to come to the Virginia Beach resort area, you shouldn’t even consider staying at the typical hotel type chains. Staying at one of the Coastal Accommodations homes would be a more private experience, considerably more spacious/comfortable, and even more importantly less expensive for your long stays than the higher end beach hotels especially if you have large number of people staying eliminating the need for multiple hotel rooms.
  
  Finally, what added to the incredibly positive experience in staying at these homes is the management team of Caroline and Sheppard. To only have two individuals that oversee and manage all of the Coastal Accomidations rental homes throughout the Virginia Beach resort area at such a high level of professionalism is awesome. The communication, timely assistance, area information, and additional requested services matches and even tops the high end hotels I have periodically stayed during my travels. They are truly great hosts and great examples of how individuals should provide optimal customer service!
  
  Thanks again Caroline and Sheppard for a great stay. Will definitely come back if I need a place to stay in Virginia Beach area and will share with all my family and friends on the perfect rentals you have to offer.

  We recently returned from our third stay with Coastal Accommodations, and once again we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Virginia Beach.
  
  The condos are beautifully decorated, very clean, well appointed, and the beds are so comfortable. Caroline and Sheppard promptly responded to any questions, or special requests. Caroline even delivered extra wine glasses, and utensils, (Thanksgiving necessities ;) as many were missing upon our arrival.
  
  We spent Christmas 2018 in a two bedroom unit, which was perfect for our first stay. This year we were hosting Thanksgiving, so we opted for a larger unit, and it was the ideal choice! The kitchen was great for meal prep, and socializing around the large island. The double oven worked well as so many side dishes needed to cook at the same time as the turkey!
  
  We returned for Christmas 2019, and once again chose a larger unit, 404B, for our stay. This unit was even nicer! More space allowed us to create the perfect “home away from home” festive atmosphere, conducive to leisurely family breakfasts, holiday baking, and fun family game nights!
  
  The proximity to the beach boardwalk, and First Landing State Park, made it easy to head out often for fresh air, sunshine, and walks with our family dog.
  
  We chose the Virginia Beach location because it was close to the Norfolk Naval Base, but have returned to the same area as it has so much more to offer. Restaurants, shopping, and family fun activities are all just minutes away.
  
  We we will surely be back! It is comforting to know that Coastal Accommodations offers great customer service, and great homes, at affordable prices!

  The team at Coastal Accommodations is fantastic! They have great customer service and response time and offer absolutely beautiful homes. If you have any questions for them at all, I recommend reaching out. Sheppard was very sweet and understanding and made sure we were taken care of during our stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and we wished we could have stayed longer!
