I cant say enough about Kevin he worked extremely hard to get us to closing table..Kevin and his crew went above and beyond to address every concern I had he kept me updated at all times.What this man was able to get done in a very short time and with a worrisome redhead on his back he turned things around and i couldn't be happier..Kevin is top at his business and will do all he can to make you happy that you chose him ..

I can not recommend enough! My representative was Kevin Gallagher. I live in Florida and had been renting my house in VA Beach for several years. It was not going well so I decided to sell. I contacted Chantel Ray and that is how I met Kevin. He broke down everything for me and gave a comprehensive pricing sheet on the various levels of of work and return (from as-is all the way up to full overhaul). Never pressured me. Quick to answer all of my questions. He handled it all: contractors, attorneys, prospective buyers, etc... He was always professional and energetic. His timeline and figures were spot on.

On a side note - I loved his accent...very soothing.
