  Working with Kelly, the Manager is like working with an old friend. She happily welcomes you whether you are working in the unit, passing by, or have a question about service or moving needs. She goes out of her way to ensure that our needs were met. She has empathy for the customer anticipating our concerns be it sizes, payment, or timelines for moving. She is professional, courteous, decisive, and exudes a warmth that is so rare when dealing with customer service in other companies. My experience has been nothing but a pleasure in fact, as a direct result of working with Kelly I rented another unit. Thank you Kelly. You are admired and an absolute joy to speak to regarding any one of my multiple concerns. It is my hope that Extra Storage management recognize your professional competency as the proof is in the pudding. I am a repeat customer be of you!

  Extra Space storage is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The units are clean and easily accessible. When we were ready to clear our stuff out there were no issues with canceling. My only complaint is that they are closed on Sundays which I think would be a big help if both weekend days were available. But I definitely give the place a thumbs up!

  Kelly was sincerely splendid! I'm already a customer but had an urgent need for another temporary unit due to a mold issue in our apartment complex. I know that storage units have become so hard to find and she really helped me out with letting me know when something became available. The excellent costumer service was much appreciated, as was the personal concern. Thank you kindly!!
