I’ve been doing Pilates with Mary for five years. It’s honestly the only exercise program I’ve ever been able to commit myself to over time. I can’t tell you how good Pilates feels to your body. After each session, I feel stronger, more flexible and more relaxed. It’s been great for my mind as well as my body. And, I’ve found great friends as well. The instructors at True Pilates genuinely get to know each client personally and know how to get the best out of each of us. You can do private lessons or small groups depending on your schedule and your budget. I would recommend True Pilates to anyone no matter your fitness level. I absolutely love it!
Brenna and Mary (and Doe!) are such warm and welcoming women. Today was my first lesson, and I'm already signed up again for my next. I'm also a classically-trained Pilates instructor, but I trained through a different School than these ladies. Some things are different, but the meat of The Work is the same. Brenna made me feel absolutely beautiful, accomplished and strong at the end, not bad for being different and needing support when I needed it. This Studio was recommended to me by the owner of Inner Core Wellness in Vienna, VA, and now I know why!
Having taken Pilates for years, this is an amazing core strengthening program. Brenna and the overall team at True Pilates VB, have a fun atmosphere, while making sure you are working hard, and being educated about your body at the same time. Try them out, you'll be so glad you did. What an amazing team, with some of the highest leveled Pilates Instructors in the area.
Pilates has been the best thing for my body! Over the years, all the marathon and Ironman intense training has taken a toll on my body. I had hurt my back and unable to exercise or do basic things without pain. I decided to try True Pilates Vb to see if it would help. I started to incorporate Pilates into my fitness routine and noticed right away how great my body felt overall. It helped with core stabilization and strengthening my body. Not only was Pilates a low impact activity- it helped me get stronger from the inside out. This was ideal for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Pilates has been so beneficial with my posture, back pain, strength, eliminating muscle imbalances, and flexibility. The True Pilates Vb instructors are incredible and very knowledgeable. The instructors’ attention to detail for each individual is paramount; they genuinely care for their client’s well-being. I can’t imagine myself without it now. Give True Pilates a try- you will be happy that you did!
I have been working out at True Pilates for a little over a month now an am addicted! I love the way I feel during each session and after. Each instructor is kind, helpful, and so knowledgeable. True Pilates is a must try!
