I must say I have never bought a car without test driving it so I was a little scared of buying something I haven't seen before in person good but because of there amazing reputation and reviews I felt very comfortable in my purchase. The process was very quick and easy. If your looking for a reliable car with a dealership that is trustworthy I highly recommend La.auto.stars. Also Johann is a wonderful person to work with, so if your in the market for a newer used car I highly recommend speaking to Johann,he will do everything he can to help. Well folks that's all.

(March 7, 2020, 12:47 pm)Used car shopping makes me nervous-but I never once felt that way when we dealing with LA Auto Star. We had a great experience here and the entire staff that was there was welcoming and very helpful. Johann was able to find a truck that fit the exact description of what we were looking for- he was very fast and at it was at the right price. Car shopping with two toddlers is not ideal, but Johann made the process so easy and we were in and out in no time. They also helped keep our kids happy and entertained while we were finishing up the paperwork. They were Professional, efficient, and family friendly and we highly recommend them!

(October 25, 2019, 7:14 am)I was in the market for something new (newer) and a Dodge Charger was top on my list. I found this 2014 at LA Auto Star through Car Gurus web site on my first search. The test drive was great! I stopped by and Johann handed me the keys and I was off. Vitali looked at my trade-in and made a generous offer. Another advantage was that other dealers have a 7-8 hundred dollar processing fee, not so at LA Auto Star. I took delivery on my low mileage Dodge Charger on 10-23. Thanks to LA Auto Star for putting a huge smile on my face.
