(September 11, 2020, 1:07 am)My baby broke down, first time EVER that she left me stranded. Called my insurance company, they sent A&W out to me. I was quoted a time of 1130pm, roughly 45mins after I contacted the insurance company. I called to make sure they were sending a flatbed because my baby is lowered and I didnt want to take any chances of damages
I believe the tow truck driver's name was Andrew, he got there around 11:10pm, loaded my baby up and brought her home with no issues! So thankfully that I didnt have to spend a ton of money or wait very long. Will definitely use them again in the future.
