O'Reilly Auto Parts

After calling quite a few auto parts stores for a rarer part to no avail it was a blessing to reach Dwain at O'Reilly. He was on point with the exact info I needed to provide to get EXACTLY the correct part! I was told only the dealership carried them and the price was 5x as high from the wonderful dealership that had none in stock. Dwain dealt with my frustration and lack of knowledge with that of an absolute expert at his profession and the was hugely helpful with a kindness I had completely unexpected. From this point on O'Reilly and Dwain are my ONLY choice in auto parts and questions. Thank y'all.

Easy in and out. Had what I needed at a competitive price.

Guy greeted me when I walked in the door. Guy was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and showed me what he thought was the best deal. I will shop here again

I went to get some Refrigerant R-134A for my car. I walk in the door and am greeted right away by Guy. I tell him what Iam looking for and he leads me to the product, he tells me what they have on sale and the specials. He told me which on he like the most and why, I agreed and bought it. Guy was very nice and was very helpful, makes me want to go back again

The customer service here is outstanding & loyal. They love what they do here. Brandy and her Manager helped me with everything and assisted with my parts and issues. I was stuck with a bad battery and Brandy changed it out within seconds and got me back on the road in no time. She is very proficient, professional, and very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Everyone in this store is wonderful and won me over. I will be returning customer forever! :)
