(September 23, 2020, 3:33 pm)Since new management has taken over, this place is very nice and any issues I may have had get taken care of ASAP. The staff and Maintenance team are very nice people. Not only that but, they also have been remodeling and they new color choices and new decks are great! Plus during the summer there’s a pool me and my family can use. Also, I love the school distract Were in. We love that we’re not too far from the stores & there’s also parking spots for my family and friends when they visit.

(April 5, 2020, 7:33 am)I've been here officially a year now. It had its appeal, but I did see concerns. Last October it was taken over by Ross management. The moment I met Megan, I felt a shift and change coming. There are places you go and hope that when things are not right the staff would be on top of it, but that is not always the case. In this instance, IT IS. She knew all of the concerns and it may take a bit to make change, but they took on the challenge.
From roofing, to the patios, getting me a stove that works, I'm seeing the sun shine on these apartments.
I can't wait to see the remodeling of the office, the new gym and laundry. Mikaela is also so helpful and assists in the follow up. My two favorite maintenance guys who swoop in and make things right any time I call. They are all amazing and work wonderfully together. I appreciate the effort they are making and am enjoying living here at the Hamptons.
