When I had a small issue with my insurance referral letter (it incorrectly called for a right knee MRI instead of a left knee), the tech went out of his way to call around until the mistake was corrected, and I was able to complete the MRI on the correct knee. The front desk staff was also very kind and helpful. A good experience. Highly recommend!
