Bilus Colombian Restaurant

Wonderful. Everything was really good. I’m definitely coming back. Very fresh tasting.

I was really tempted to leave only 3 stars because the server took 15 minutes to take my drink order after I washed my hands, and then another 15 minutes to bring that to the table after me asking. I've never eaten here but two of the co-workers who I was with have and talked me into it. Ordered Arroz con pollo, but they couldn't or wouldn't add shrimp. Didn't have to wait too long for it and it was really good. Tried some of my dining companions food as well. Definitely worth another visit.

This was our first time at Bilus and we were NOT disappointed. Our server was super friendly and engaging. We had the chicharron arepa, chicken empanada (I think) and chicken and rice dish as well as drinks. Everything was great. This will definitely become a regular spot.

Update: Went again and had the same dish and different drinks. Our server wasn't as engaging but was equally as pleasant.

This hidden gem was one of the best finds in a while! I met my friend here for brunch and ordered the frijoladas. It was flavorful and extremely filling. The server we had didn’t speak much English but he still did an amazing job. We will be coming back to try other dishes soon.
