Just as nice as the kempsville location
This was my first visit and the woman at the counter was super friendly and helpful with all my questions.
A great place to work out! There are machines, dumbbells, plates, and accessories for every exercise that you can imagine. The 24/7 availability is a great add that works for everyone, no matter what their schedule is. On top of that, the staff is great and offer above and beyond service and plans tailored to every individual’s needs.
I love this gym! Its clean and updated, very well kept! My trainer,Terrance, is very knowledgeable!
