The Braid Lounge

This was the best experience I’ve had in all of my years living in the Hampton Roads area. Very clean, social distancing was in place and I felt safe while receiving my services. Definitely recommend! I had the pleasure of having the CEO provide my services and she was TOP NOTCH! Thank you!

This was the first time I had my hair braided. Everyone was friendly and nice. Very professional and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Ms. Laudia was on time and already set up to go. I was very pleased and did not have to wait. Very pleased and will definitely be back.

The lounge was clean and welcoming. Everyone seemed kind and focused. I loved the shampoo and blow dry. It’s always nice when someone else does it. Pelagie was fast and focused. She even asked questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. This was the best experience I’ve ever had when having my hair braided.

Braid lounge is very professional. Everyone had pleasant attitudes and I was made to feel very comfortable.. They did exactly what I wanted and the compliments started as soon as I went outside.. I also purchased one of their bonnets and I love it.. I Recommend Braid lounge for all ur braid needs.. I will definitely be back.. And shout out to Savon..He is a great asset to the shop.

This was my first time receiving services from this salon and I’m upset I have not found this gem sooner. Ms. Aida installed my box braids with such quality. My parts are clean, precise and The braids are neat. She gave me a style that will truly last beyond the standard time. She was prompt with me and my appointment time which I’m still amazed by. And she finished beyond the allotted time slot with no assistance from the other braiders. I can go on and on with the great key points of Ms. Aida. I really appreciate her due diligence. Thank you.

The salon was clean and was not filled with customers. The air was not stale. If you know what I mean by “the air not being stale”, then you know lol.

I have found my new braid shop. With 2020 being such a drag, finding this shop is definitely a highlight.
