  Edward was amazing!!! We came in with little time to look and were able to find our living room set and understand what we were getting, which was a bang for our buck!! Edward detailed everything and answered all of our questions as if he was consulting a friend, with honesty and clarity. He was flexible with our needs, too! The entire experience was great with a high level of customer service and friendliness. We are so happy for the deal we got on our beautiful new living room set!

  I have great appreciation for home decor. I know what I like and how I want my home to feel. However, I have little or no interest in shopping to achieve that look and feel. Geri provided much needed assistance during my trip to Rooms To Go. She guided me to the options that meet my criteria and helped me evaluate which best suited my needs. I was impressed with the selection in the store and with Geri's knowledgeable and friendly service. I look forward to my delivery date!

  I purchased the dinning set of my dreams and my daughter’s beautiful bed today with the help of Edward! He is an amazing salesman and I love that he was not pushy. He listened to what I wanted and made everything a smooth transaction. I’m actually looking through their clearance pieces right now and will always go to him for Rooms2Go sales.

  Overall easy experience. Shelby helped us and was very patient while we were deciding over the span of two visits. It was our first time buying new couches in 10 years so we definitely we going over all of our options.
  
  Great selection on the floor and even better selection when you’re ready to customize your purchase. I recommend looking around the store for real life examples of the material options you have to choose from as they have it somewhere on the floor. That was game changing for us since we could actually see the color in person on pillows/couches that we were interested in.
  
  I do think ensuring your couches based per items is a little ridiculous and should be bundled for customer convenience. Nice store and helpful staff.
