I highly recommend this location and staff. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They are very patient and thorough. Great selection of glasses in office.

Dr. Crouch is a Godsend. I have had double vision for almost 20 years. All the eye doctors ever did was put prisms in my glasses. No one ever took the time to figure out why. I saw Dr. Lipman at Mandell Regina Center. He said that I needed surgery. I was referred to Dr. Crouch. Dr. Crouch was very thorough in examining my eyes. He did surgery on my RT Eye and now, after nearly 20 years, I no longer have double vision. He has made me the happiest woman in the world. Thank God for Dr. Crouch. I highly recommend him.

Dr Crouch and his team are the best. We normally have to leave a message but they call back promptly. I am extremely confident in Dr Crouch and his team. Also Charisse is hands down the best and great at what she does!

The staff is always very professional and helpful to me any time I've ever been there. Due to my serious eye issues I have actually been a patient of theirs for over 40 years. I will never go to another eye doctor. The office is always clean. I know in this day and time most doctors try to see as many people as they can and often patients feel like they are just being rushed in and out as quickly as possible. This is not the case with them. On my last exam after the tech came in and did what she needed to do the doctor actually spent another 45 minutes in there examining my eyes and explaining what was going on and the different options that were available. In this day and age that is really rare. I'm definitely a patient for life.

The front desk was efficient and had everything ready for me to fill out. I wish I didn’t have to complete the exact same thing for both of my kids.

Carolina was amazing working up both kids. She took her time with them, making sure they were comfortable during the work up and made sure all of our questions were answered. My kids felt very comfortable with her and didn’t have a hard time when it came time to get drops.

We didn’t have to wait long for Dr. Steinbeisser to come in to do the exam. She was amazing with my kids. She went into great detail during the exam and made sure my kids understood everything she was doing and why. She asked them several times during the visit if we had any questions.

My daughter had an updated prescription so we did stop by the optical on site. Charisse was friendly, but with another patient at the time. My teenage daughter took a quick look, but didn’t see anything she liked so we took the prescription with us.

Overall great experience from check in to check out. Looking forward to their annual visit next year with Carolina and Dr. Steinbeisser.
