(December 26, 2019, 1:14 pm)One of the best barber shops that I have been to on a Navy Base. The barbers are well trained on Military Hair Regulations (all branches). Sometimes you need to give them a reminder on your branches regulations, except Navy. They are especially good with ROTC/JROTC haircuts. If I am ever in VA Beach and I need a haircut, I go to the exchange barber shop.
