Empowerment! Wellness

Coach Wendy, Coach Greg, and PT Tricia have a great understanding of how PD affects each person differently. They have a good relationship with Dr. Thomas and PA Matson, who many of us are patients. After looking online at some big city Rock Steady Boxing gyms, we are fortunate to have access to such a large, and well maintained facility such as Empowerment! Wellness. Knowing that your coaches really care about you and how your condition is affecting you helps make the fight that much easier. The workouts are designed to help with issues that many of us may be facing at that particular time. Classmates are very supportive of each other and inspire each other to achieve their individual goals. If you or someone you know has PD this is the place to attend!
