Clean, spacey, nice people. A bit irritating that they are listed as open to 11pm with no other notice on the door and at 9p. They are all but shoving you out the door closing.

First time shopping with this store in Lincolton. I only needed an few items. But after I started noticing they had much more items that I usually dont see at my regular food lion store in Cherryvile. So, i found alot more bargains that i could use.
Very clean store ,very well organized too. They had some freezers without lights on but they were working very hard on them that day to get them fixed.
Didnt bother any customers everyone continued to shop.
I will be shopping here more since they have an huge variety of items I dont see at my local food lion. But I'm an Food Lion Fan no matter.

Nice clean store. Friendly meat market crew, they know how to run that department. Well stocked grocery. The front end associates could use a bit more training in customer service, I get they don't want to be there. (Who likes working with the public anymore?)I digress, this small item will not affect the overall rating of the store.

My son has been attending Hope Academy since he was 2 years old. He is now in the 4year Old room
With Ms Danielle, he is excelling in all areas
Of learning and always feels safe and loved when he attends. Communication is great and I love the Brightwheel App. It is nice to review with him the pictures of his day that I miss as a working parent. The Director Ms Bev, other staff and all teachers are great. I also enjoy that he eats there and I do not pack his food- giving him the opportunity to try new foods that I would not have otherwise made for him. The Chef does a great job of incorporating healthy quality meals. I have sent my older children during summer camp and have all had a great time! What a gem this school is.

Hope Academy has been a blessing for our family. I was hesitant at first sending my 3 year old to preschool (because of covid and, also, she's my first baby, I wasn't sure I was ready!), but it was the best decision I made for my child. The entire staff is incredibly kind, educated, and amazing with children. On top of that, they keep us updated throughout the day, sending us photos, meal updates, and messages (when needed). In regards to covid, they make sure every adult is wearing a mask and using hand sanitizer, and the children are kept in their groups (i.e. one class/group does not interact with any other class/group). My daughter jumps up and down when I mention "you have school today" and she has even proclaimed, "I love Ms Alicia (her teacher)!" on a few occasions. I highly recommend Hope Academy!!

We love this school and we are so happy we made a change over 1.5 years ago. Everyone goes above and beyond to make it a pleasant, dynamic and safe atmosphere for the kids. I mean, everyone. Ms. Bev, Ms. Kathy, Ms. Danielle, Ms. Christina are just a few of those beyond qualified and caring individuals we had a pleasure of meeting. And of course, our current teacher, Ms. Alicia. Our 4 year old is a tough critic, but he loves being in Ms. Alicia's class. Her individual
and creative appoach keeps our son engaged and occupied. And our family loves seeing pictures and notes throughout the day. We appreciate all you do for our kids. For all your love, care and patience, we thank you!

We have both our 20 month old and 3 year old sons at Hope. We love it, they are very reasonable in price, it’s clean and safe, and the teachers are amazing. Ms. Alicia is my 3 year olds teacher and I swear she has given him some amazing confidence and excitement about learning! I also give credit to her for helping him learn how to use the potty (I was amazed!). She is also just really sweet and really cares about my son! Ms. Nicole and Ms. Renee are also the sweetest Teachers which my 20 month old son has. He still cries Almost every morning that I drop him off because he’s still very attached to me But they are so so patient with him and they don’t make me feel bad or stressed about that. They have the biggest hearts! They all communicate with me throughout the day with the app we use and the videos and pictures are incredible little reassurances that the boys are doing fine. I trust them and they are just a true blessing. I highly recommend Hope!!

My son started at The Hope Academy in January 2020 at 3 years old. I was slightly apprehensive due to the fact he was only a few months into his potty training. The director, Ms. Bev, assured me everything would be fine so we decided to take the plunge. My decision had been made during our tour. I loved the school and how open and welcoming everyone was. Ms. Bev shared her own personal life experiences with me which made me feel very comfortable and happy. I tried to enroll him on the spot but she wasn’t having it. She wanted me to go home and really think and pray on it before committing. This was a huge deal to me because it made me feel like she really cared about me making the right decision for my son as opposed to just enrolling another student. Fast forward to March 2020, covid began. As a single mother who is a healthcare worker, the thought of my child care closing terrified me. The Hope Academy did everything in their power to keep their doors open while following all the guidelines and keeping my son as safe and healthy as possible. I never once doubted their abilities to do so. Beyond that, the school is extremely secure and safe. I know for a fact that Ms. Bev and Ms. Kathy would take out anyone questionable before they made it through the door. They are very on top of knowing who comes in and out. With that being said, I appreciate as a single parent how well we’ve been able to communicate family members coming to pick up my son. This school has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My son learned so much so fast, it was unreal. Their summer camp program is amazing as well. I’ve recommended The Hope Academy to everyone I know who is looking for childcare. I will truly be devastated when it’s time for my child to move on into 1st grade. If you are looking for a school that cares about your child’s well being and has a wonderful educational program, look no further. The Hope Academy is where you will find all of that and more.
