I had a chair reupholstered by another business, but they botched the job. It was a disaster. I was so upset. Tony from Guy's came and looked at it and said they could fix the problems and they did. Also, Guy's reupholstered my sofa and did a marvelous job. Lisa was fabulous and answered all of my questions. She found the fabric that I wanted when the fabric store told me it wasn't available. I could hug and kiss all of the people there who worked on my furniture. Go to no one else to have your furniture reupholstered.

Guys Upholstery is a top drawer professional! Guy's has been helping me redo and update my furniture for many, many years, has done numerous upholstery jobs for me and has yet to disappoint. Kristen always helps me with the design process; she has a keen eye for detail; she knows the industry and has sources we wouldn't even fathom. She also has the patience of a saint and, while she offers tremendous support and ideas, she still let's me work my way through my own vision no matter how long it takes. Joey has tackled some upholstery issues of mine that many others just do not know how to do. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work and my pieces come out beautifully every time.
We both started out in Norfolk; Guy's moved to Virginia Beach and I moved to Suffolk. In spite of the distance, I drive to them. No other local company does upholstery work as nicely as Guy's does. I'd follow them anywhere. You can't go wrong with Guy's!

So thankful for the fast and beautiful Job they did covering my dining room chairs. They look beautiful. It's like I got a whole new set of furniture. Very friendly and reliable.
