Unify is a game changer! Personal training at Unify has been a great experience. I enjoy the one on one as well as the boot camp offered on Sat mornings…and now I’m starting their fall nutrition class. They take care to discuss your goals and start with benchmarking your baseline. The full body scanner and the MyZone fitness tracker in the studio are game changers for motivation. 😱😂The gym itself is unlike any I’ve been in—it’s designed into different studios so no more massive rooms filled with gym equipment….more of a comfortable home vibe. You walk in to smiling faces who know you by name. And did I mention the ice cold perfectly rolled after workout towels…!

Unify is an amazing facility with a dedicated and knowledgeable staff. From the first day I walked in, I felt so welcomed. I’ve worked with various trainers and they are all top notch. Trainers understand your needs and tailor your workouts accordingly. They are all there to help you reach your fitness and nutritional goals. It’s been approximately 3 months and have seen great changes with my body. Looking forward to more training sessions and positive results. Keep up the great work Unify!

Great personalized gym experience. After a myriad of injuries, I was not ready to go back into the big box gym. Working with a personal trainer helped me to gain strength and increase fitness while working around my limitations. Super friendly staff, clean facility, beautiful shower area, and most importantly a team of people who are dedicated to my fitness journey. Would highly recommend!

Unify has been the best personal training experience I’ve had yet! The owners, Melissa and Brian, have been very accommodating and were so prompt when I reached out for more info. Amanda has been an incredible trainer and was able to address my weak spots with her PT knowledge to the point that I no longer feel pain when I workout. I feel stronger and have better endurance after just a few weeks. The body scan is a great tool for measuring your progress and I can’t wait to see how I’m tracking at my next scan!

I totally would recommend Unify Health & Fitness Studio. My daughter recommended going to them after I was diagnosis with high blood pressure. I had let myself go and gained more weight than I ever had. This was a wake-up call for me and I knew I had to do something about this. I joined Unify the beginning of February 2022 and started with one on one training. After that I joined their nutrition class and continued with group training. All the trainers are so knowledgeable, encouraging and super motivating. Their class sizes are perfect, and the trainers work with my schedule. They have helped me achieve different goals I didn’t think I would ever reach. One of the biggest things I learned with them is it’s a lifestyle change and not a diet. Not only is my blood pressure under control but I feel so much better and dropped two sizes. I look forward to continuing my journey with them and all the tools Unify has given me.
