The best part of this place is the maintenance crew! Mike from maintenance always takes care of me in a timely manner and goes a step further by cleaning up after himself. He truly deserves a raise and a promotion. Steve from maintenance does the same exact thing. Treal from the leasing office is my go to for when I need any assistance or have any concerns. He is the glue that holds the rental office together, and also deserves a raise and promotion. He makes the process easy and smooth.

The team at Cambria is awesome! Everyone is helpful and supportive. If I ever have a concern or question they do their best to find a solution. The maintenance team is by far the best and always provides timely service. Thank you everyone for continuing to make Cambria a great place to live!

This place is great. The leasing staff are attentive, and the maintenance staff are very responsive. One time, they came within 5 minutes of my call to the leasing office. This is how tenants should be treated. If you’re looking for an apartment & want great service with a staff that actually cares about you, look no further.

I walked in inquiring Cambria at Cornerstone’s availability and received an awesome experience from beginning to end. Staff was friendly and helpful! Mr. Treal was excellent and literally told me everything I needed to know about the move in process! He was so helpful! My experience there really made me excited to become a resident there.

Treal Chapman, the Leasing Consultant is great! He helped us apply for our apartment, showed us around and made us feel right at home. Any time we had a question, comment, or concern, no matter what time of day, he was always there for us! The complex is beautiful and the staff is so nice. Love it here already!
