Virginia Beach City Clerk's Office

I got my daughter 3rd passport from there. Best experience I ever had. It was quick and easy. They did everything there including take her picture for the passport.

Very pleased with the service I received today. I was due in for my passport appointment and everybody was very helpful. Taking care of things like this can get very stressful but I am very happy to have been helped by great people!

My kids were there to renew their passport and it only took them about 15 minutes! For both of them together.
The lady who was helping was super nice, professional, and quick!

If you need to get a passport in Virginia Beach you NEED to go to this office! I was in and out in 10 minutes and the staff was amazing! I had an appointment and was 30 minutes early and by luck they were able to see me right away. I was greeted by the front desk in a very friendly manner and was sent upstairs very quickly. The woman who took my paperwork was extremely professional and kind. She helped me with my questions and thanked me as I left. I've never had such a great experience at a state run facility.

If you’re applying for a passport for the first time, come here to do it! I wish I remembered her name but the lady that helped me was so nice and helpful. She even let me retake my photo I had gotten done at the Ups store because she was worried it was too dark and wanted to make sure my application was accepted. It also only took 10 minutes so I recommend them vs the post office, etc.:)
