“Steve the mechanic that I dealt with went above and beyond to help me out. Here it is Christmas time and money is low due to all the Holiday gifts I have been buying for family and friends. Woke up this morning with a screw in my tire. I stopped in thinking I would have to wait a long while and would probably pay a arm and a leg. That was not the case. Steve jumped right in plugged my tire for me and had me out of there in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Steve and I will be telling everyone I know about my great experience. “It's a convenience store. You cant give this store a bad review for being what it is. A quick stop place to get cheap food, gas, a drink, batteries, cold beer, (you don't know how much of a big deal cold beer is),lotto tickets, snacks etc. It's not a place that needs rating. You won't get top of the line customer service. The prices are high. Lines are long. You may only get sub par service and that's saying alot. It's a stop on the way to or from somewhere. Unless your life was put in danger (jk)or they didn't carry your fav brand of hot onion rings then they get 5 stars. Because Slurpees are the best thing they ever did. And its 7-11. Dont expect much. Be easy.”

“I have never experienced much trouble before with filling a prescription, as a cancer patient, I take my health EXTREMELY serious and I always am anxious to get my prescriptions filled quickly. Tonight I needed a medication URGENTLY, and I was having a problem with my insurance companies covering my prescription. The pharmacy technician Dana was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Not only did she give me some helpful tips to try and contact my insurance company, she was doing this all the while trying to serve many other customers. It was a very long and tedious process and after 2 hours of me trying to resolve things with my insurance company and not getting anywhere fast, she called on my behalf and long story short, my medication that would have cost me $2,000 ended up costing me NOTHING! A huge shout-out to Dana for not only being patient with me but for going above and beyond. Thank you Dana, from the bottom of my heart!”

“We were in town for a vacation and had an UNEXPECTED emergency hospital visit. The pharmacy was very helpful and filled the prescription in a timely manner. I mistakenly and foolishly left my keys on one of the shelves. ALL of the staff was so kind and helpful. I spent over 45 minutes desperately searching. The manager went out of his way and spent a significant amount of time helping. He even went through the outside trash can. The customer service was exceptional and this isn't even part of the job. He was so empathetic because my mom and I were panicking and she was in pain. We were concerned about our car and didn't even know what to do without keys, considering we live in PA. Thankfully I found them, but was overwhelmed with the kindness everyone in the store provided and going beyond their call of duty. We are so grateful for all his time, patience and kindness. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!”
