“Receptionist at another location was able to set my appointment at this location. New patient paperwork is easy to print and fill out. Arrived on time to an uncrowded waiting room and friendly receptionist. Was called back quickly, nurse was friendly as she checked vitals, verified paperwork and put it in the computer. Only about a 5 minute wait before the Doctor came in. He was very nice, reassuring and to the point. He made sure I was fully aware of everything, the most likely cause to the best approach for healing and that I had no questions or concerns before leaving the room. As far as 1st impressions at a Doctor's office go, this was one of the best I have ever received.”

He receives my highest recommendation (for whatever that's worth) and I would urge anyone that is looking for an extremely knowledgeable and personable psychiatrist to at least give Dr. Ingram a call. To be candid: I'm a middle aged guy who, like most Americans, has been through the ups and downs of everyday life. I don't want to get specific to my personal reason (let's be honest, reasons) for seeing Dr. Ingram, everyone is so different so it wouldn't quite be apples to apples anyway, but I can tell you that this doctor actually cares and is as easy to talk with as you could ever hope from a psychiatrist. He's genuine and most importantly on top of everything in his field. He will make a difference but then again I'm biased at this point, he's helping to make a difference with me. For what it's worth: six stars.”
