“I called to ask if my insurance was accepted for both the exam and the glasses and even after finding out my insurance didn't cover the glasses, the person taking the call, Amanda, went above and beyond to help me find another place that would accept my insurance for the glasses. If the in-person treatment of patients is anything close to the over-the-phone treatment, then this center is the absolute best. And just from a phone conversation, I would highly recommend this office as the place to go because they showed me that what mattered to them was the best care for the patients.”

“The staff especially the doctors are great just tired of one thing. Their weight scales are terrible saying I weighed more than normal. Seems like you have to come to combat over your actual true weight. I have had several there agree with me in the past. Even the doctors know I don’t weight more than normal. And one nurse really screwed me over a few days ago putting the inaccuracy of my true weight.”

“I had a great experience through pregnancy and childbirth here. There are a lot of doctors and you might not get to see them all before birth. So if that's not your thing, you might be better off at a smaller practice. I for one, prefer the convenience of a place like this for scheduling, etc. Plus you know your doctor is always well rested when delivering your baby because they rotate out everyday at the hospital. Everyone I met from doctors to nurses to staff was great”

“A great place for your casual dining or bakery needs. They have a wide variety of entrees or baked goods but are known for their bagels, which you can get a variety of spreads for them. All the selections are tasty and their soups are something you'll want to try as well. The staff at this location are polite and professional. They are following Covid guidelines. “After speaking with the Bayview Cardiovascular Office Manager, Darlene Hernandez, I am amending my original review. Ms. Hernandez called based on the review to explain that while there is no excuse, the management has been obtaining bids for a new phone system and will be looking at a better scheduling system in the future. She offered her direct line in the event of any problems contacting the office and will personally meet with us at our next appointment this month. I originally gave a 1 star review to this group because of not being able to get through via phone. I am satisfied at this point with Ms. Hernandez's excellent customer service and look forward to a more professional and stress free experience.”
