Tonight I needed a medication URGENTLY, and I was having a problem with my insurance companies covering my prescription. The pharmacy technician Dana was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Not only did she give me some helpful tips to try and contact my insurance company, she was doing this all the while trying to serve many other customers. It was a very long and tedious process and after 2 hours of me trying to resolve things with my insurance company and not getting anywhere fast, she called on my behalf and long story short, my medication that would have cost me $2,000 ended up costing me NOTHING!
