“We stayed at the Crown Jewel recently and cannot say enough about the property (it’s one of a kind). If you’re looking for a rental where you don't need to leave, this is the one for you! However, I’d strongly recommend visiting a local or restaurant or two. Friendly folks and delicious food. Crown Jewel was just completed this past spring and with all new construction, there are tweaks that come up. Sandbridge Blue was very timely and responsive to our requests. Will definitely be back!”

“As a new resident of Crosswinds Apts I would like to complement Julia the manager and the maintenance man Cornell for addressing my problem so quickly. While moving in I discovered my dishwasher was not working properly. I called the office and Cornell was here in a flash. After his inspection Cornell said I needed a new one. I thought oh no thinking I would be without for at least a few weeks.Well in just about fifteen minutes there was Cornell at the door with a brand new dishwasher. Thank You Julia and Cornell .”

“I'm a current tenant of property managed by Ward & Hollingsworth and am very sad to hear the property owner is switching. Every time I've had a maintenance issue they have responded within minutes and service is normally completed within hours of my contact. The companies they send are professional and friendly. Always the best. I have told Mr. Hollingsworth if the new management doesn't do as well as W&H have, I'll be in touch at the end of lease to move to another of theirs. The new company has many many poor reviews so I don't know why a property owner would leave. I'm going to stay in touch with this company and hope to rent from them again in the future.
