“I have purchased two Jacuzzi hot tubs from East Coast Leisure since 2006. I had no issues with either one of them. I only purchased a second because I lost the first one during negotiations on the sale of our previous home. Today, I had a service appointment because I thought there was a leak with my tub Was provided an approximate estimate in advance. They arrived on time. Technician was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very patient. By that I mean, when he took the sides off the hot tub, it was obvious a “critter” made a temporary residence in the hollow space. Tech allowed me ample time to get my shop vac and clean up the evidence. He even performed an extra task at no charge. I would highly recommend East Coast Leisure.”
