“Don't drive past this place!! We were looking for a very specific car and it popped up at Lynnhaven Motors. We were skeptical about a used car dealer 3 states away, but after reading reviews and emailing with them we decided to drive up from Atlanta to potentially buy the car. Don't be fooled by the lack of big name dealer curb side appeal! We drove right past it the first time because it is so plain and unassuming. They do not put money into a fancy lobby, thick blue carpet, or any other bells and whistles to make you feel like you are getting a great car. They just sell you a high quality car at the absolute best prices available. We are loving our car and the process of driving up from Atlanta and buying from Lynnhaven was the best car buying decision we have ever made. Totally worth it. The car is exactly what we wanted, they let us take it for a drive and we took it to a mechanic since I was basically buying it from a stranger on line. They are a family run business and were completely upfront and professional and kind. They did exactly what they said they would do (John tracked down an owners manual for us and mailed it right away.) I will tell anyone I know in the market for a car to check this place out.”

“*screams* FIVE STARS. I was told to come here from a coworker that loveeeees running. I put in over a 100 miles last month and .. i felt .. actually, I knew I needed to treat myself to a new pair of shoes. This store is located in the Laskin/ Hilltop area of Virginia Beach. There is also another location in Norfolk. Each store has the same merch, however, what they don't have the other store might. As I walked in, I was amazed. There were so many different things that could be offered to the "run life" out there. From different shoes, to clothes, to gear, and supplements/ energy boosters, I was like, "woooow". I went towards the back of the store and I was then greeted by different associates. I was starring at the wall and noticed that they were labeled by the type of foot someone has: Guidance vs Neutral. In order to know what type of foot I was, I had to get assistance. Drew came to the rescue. He asked me if I had any socks, and I did (I came in with Toms). If I did not have any socks, I learned that they were able to provide different types of socks to help you try on shoes. Drew asked me to run down the track that is in the middle of the store. Not run, but a light jog so he could watch how my feet were moving when I ran. Come to find out, I am a neutral runner. Drew educated me about the differences between the guidance and the neutral. They are very important in regarding into picking the right running shoe. After awhile, I really felt like I was playing "Say Yes To The Dress". Drew brought out so many pairs that he thought I would take interest in especially after I "took a light jog" on the track. After about trying about 8 pairs of shoes, I found .. THE ONE. They didn't have the color I wanted, however, I found another color and added some nice laces! Overall, I haven't experienced great customer service in a retail shop in a long time. Runners ETC, you set the bar for shoe shopping!”

It was a big job and he had it completed 3 days after I called him. He was kind and informative. He explained everything. The work was excellent quality at a reasonable fee. He is trustworthy and friendly. I definitely recommend him and plan to call him if I have any flooring repair needs in the future.”

“I have never experienced much trouble before with filling a prescription, as a cancer patient, I take my health EXTREMELY serious and I always am anxious to get my prescriptions filled quickly. Tonight I needed a medication URGENTLY, and I was having a problem with my insurance companies covering my prescription. The pharmacy technician Dana was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Not only did she give me some helpful tips to try and contact my insurance company, she was doing this all the while trying to serve many other customers. It was a very long and tedious process and after 2 hours of me trying to resolve things with my insurance company and not getting anywhere fast, she called on my behalf and long story short, my medication that would have cost me $2,000 ended up costing me NOTHING! A huge shout-out to Dana for not only being patient with me but for going above and beyond. Thank you Dana, from the bottom of my heart!”

“Very awesome, is how I'd express my experience in this boutique. Keep in mind this is primarily, if not totally a boutique for women clothing and accessories. I walk in and in happily greeted with a sincere smile, followed by two very cute little puppies (they could be older, not a dog person.) I shopped around, found some accessories I thought would be great gifts and some much needed coffee mugs. They took my items and if I wanted the tags on them in case they were gifts and proceeded to wrap them in gorgeous paper to protect them.
