Free coffee, tea and water in the kitchen area to include Additional snacks and drinks for purchase. There are also two nice conference rooms one small, one large with audio and visual equipment upon request. 24 hour access if needed. The building, conference rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-kept. Most of all Mrs. Gilmartin is just simply amazing with her charismatic bubbly personality as well as her business savviness. College Park Executive Suites is a hidden gem in Virginia Beach.”

Every person I encountered from the front desk to the PA was wonderful. Despite the speed at which they get you in and out, they actually listen to you. There wasn't a single aspect of my visit that could be rated as negative. This one's a keeper!”

There are options other than Greek, or American dishes with a Greek twist. The guy working the counter has been there 3 years and you can tell he loves his job. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. “I've shopped here a number of times and have purchased furniture as well as decorative items. The staff are knowledgeable and ready to help if you plan to purchase something you can customize the finish on. We chose a large sectional piece as well as an ottoman and mechanical leather recliner. We did have an issue with an item that showed up damaged, the leather ottoman had damage to it so I insisted it be returned and had a conversation with the owner about it who ultimately gave us a store credit for the item instead of a full return. It took us some months to find something we wanted instead but we did and had no issue using our credit. The item was delivered with no issue and we love it - the leather mechanical recliner which is gorgeous and comfy. They have a lot of neat items here I haven't seen in other nearby furniture stores with a coastal antique vintage feel to the decor and finishes of most of their pieces. Beautiful and worth a visit if you're looking to decorate or renew a space.”
