She gave me options to choose from for the removal/prevention, explained the pros/cons of each, and kept me fully informed during the entire process. She even made sure the trees were removed before my solar panels were installed. The rats are gone, my attic has been disinfected, the barriers are put up to keep the rats from coming back, and they cleaned up as they worked. I wish everyone who came out to work on my house was as thorough, professional, and helpful as they are.”
