Jerry and his guys are absolutely awesome! Lifesavers! They came out to service us on the side of I81 and did their best to get us on the road. Unfortunately, we needed a code to be reset by the dealership so they were able to make some recommendations to get us to the dealer. Once at the dealership, the scanner found another issue. The dealer said we would have to wait 5 days for the part to be delivered and another day to wait for the repair. We called Jerry back! He went out of his way to not only find our part, but to get it to us and installed THE VERY NEXT DAY, A SUNDAY MORNING! Thanks to him, we can finally proceed with our vacation. This guy was referred to us by the VA Highway Satey Patrol and he was awesome! He helped us figure out a way to keep our RV running when we found a crack in our radiator.
