  Highly recommend this store and Amy is awesome!! Great experience. She explained everything to us and took the time needed for us to make a decision and never pressured us at all.

  I’m always hesitant when it comes to walking into a mattress store in anticipation of the “ eager used car salesman/woman” soaring in like a seagull targeting a piece of bread, impatiently wanting to cash in on a quick sale.
  
  Surprisingly that was not the case in this store. Store sales manager was extremely friendly and non-aggressive in her sales approach. She was very knowledgable and offered objective advice on things to think of when purchasing a new mattress.
  
  She also treated my crazy kiddos with respect and humor despite the fact that.........well.....they’re crazy and were acting equally crazy in their behavior during the entire time we were in the store.
  
  I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking at purchasing a new, well made mattress without the hassle of feeling rushed into making a decision.

  Very professional staff. There was no pressure to buy and I really appreciated that. I did buy one of their higher end mattresses and they explained how to protect the bed for the warranty. They took their time to help me find the right bed for me. My back feels a 100 times better. The delivery was fast and my old bed was removed. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

  We bought a Copper II and couldn't be more pleased. Chuck was great to work with and answered all our questions. We've been sleeping so much better. Great price! Great service! Thanks so much!

  Had a great experience overall. My husband and I have been considering purchasing a new mattress for over a year now. Through some of our own personal research and a lot of educational assistance from Chuck, we really feel we made a great decision. Chuck is truly an asset to this team. Very patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products, he was able to answer all of our questions. He even did a great job of making suggestions about other products while really listening to what we had to say with regard to what we were looking for in a bed. As a store manager within the retail world, I would LOVE to have someone like this on my team. He took the stress of making a small investment such as this, and turned it into a positive experience, and a purchase I can feel really great about. From start to finish! Absolutely a 5 star experience! Thanks.
