(February 6, 2019, 8:25 pm)I ordered a lamplighter bed, and had them make a full reclaimed wood deck for it. It turned out great! I have never seen a bed of this high quality before. It is very solid and well made. If I could give Strong Oaks Woodshop more than 5 stars, I would! Thanks guys!

(July 27, 2018, 9:00 am)7/26/2018 Ordered and received two Brew Haus barstools last week, but three of the delrin slides/casters were broken. Called Mike for replacement of those parts and they arrived via UPS 7/26/2018 P.M. We believe the shipping process caused the breakage.

(October 24, 2016, 10:07 pm)We just received our beautiful custom stools, and a personal letter from the owner about the wood he used. We just learned that our salvaged wood came from the Shenandoah Valley's turn of the century houses (that were abandoned and slated for demolition). The mention that these trees "live on, harbored in the homes of people who appreciate their beautiful wood" made this purchase feel even more special.
They are gorgeous. Eco-friendly and made-to-order. You can't beat it!

(March 22, 2016, 8:38 pm)I had Strong Oaks build us a farm table for our dining room. I picked the wood, the design, and the stain, and they built it and delivered it, polishing it on site and making sure the table looked good. They even came out two years later to fix a leaf extension that wasn't working right! Beautiful piece--we love it and get lots of compliments on it.
