First time meeting Dr. O was nothing but amazing..
She gave us answers 1st visit, and made my son feel comfortable.. I love the fact that she does not sugar coat anything, upfront and honest..
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kristof. HE IS AMAZING! He is patient, caring and never makes me feel like I am asking stupid questions. I am a first time mom and I tend to have lots of questions when we see him for checkups and he patiently listens and answers ALL of them. He gives us as much time as we need with him and has never made me feel stupid for asking questions that he has probably answered 10,000 times. He is always very reassuring and makes sure to tell us what a good job we are doing with our daughter. I wish he saw adults because he would absolutely be my Doctor.
As well, every time I have called the afterhours nurse line they have called back within 10 minutes and the office always follows up within a couple days. I have never had to wait for an appointment - if I call because our daughter is sick she is seen within two hours of calling. I haven't waited longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room and the girls at the front desk know us by name.
GREAT PRACTICE!!!! Again - cannot say enough good things!
My daughter sees Dr. Allen and she is awesome! Very kind, attentive, and seems to genuinely care. I never felt rushed and have never had to wait long before being seen. I'm sure that all depends on the time that you go, as I normally go first thing in the morning. All-in-all I recommend this place.
