  Rugged Terrain CrossFit is a great gym. The members and the staff are so friendly and encouraging. I didn’t think CrossFit was for me, but I was hooked after the first class. Their staff is very knowledgeable. They help adjust the workout to your level and insure your workout technique is correct. It’s the only gym I’ve committed to for this long and encourage you to try it no matter what your fitness level is.

  This gym is absolutely the best I've been too! The coaches are great and continuously work with you and help in every way they can! The workouts are always different and fun. The inside community is very comforting and welcoming. Being a part of Rugged Terrain I constantly feel motivated through my days and never feel left out. Very grateful to have wonder people come to this town. Thank you Lauren, Patrick and Amanda!

  I love Rugged Terrain! The coaches and other members all work to create a very positive and motivating environment. They're welcoming towards any skill level, and work closely with you to accomplish things you never thought you could.

  This is the best place to get fit at the same time to get new friends. Everyone is very friendly and the workouts every day is Exciting!! The Coaches are awesome they will work out with you too. There's no boring moment. Everyone in the gym is there to cheer and encourage you all the time.
  RTCF is the best!!!????

  My husband and I joined RTCF in February and we love it! Lauren, Patrick, and Amanda are amazing coaches! They are always attending new seminars so they can keep improving their coaching. You can tell how passionate they are about CF and it shows in their coaching! I highly recommend anyone interested in CrossFit coming to Rugged Terrain. They are suited to coach both new and veteran CF athletes. Plus the environment is great and we love all the members everyone is extremely welcoming!
