(February 4, 2020, 11:18 pm)What a store. It was truly the cleanest store I have ever seen. I asked an employee about a product I was looking for. They didnt have what I wanted. But let me tell you, a lot of people could learn a thing or 2 about customer service from this gentleman. A snack cake called snowball. You would have thought I was looking for a bar of gold. So thank you Martin's grocery store and your employees.

(August 19, 2019, 9:38 am)I think they do an excellent job of making sure the store is well stocked, clean and fully staffed with helpful, friendly customer service reps. Smiles everywhere! It seems the produce is always fresh and the meat department / butcher usually has a great selection of good cuts. The bakery does a good job of offering variety and some of the best tasting treats I've had. The prices on stocked items are reasonable for the most part with sale items typically being offered at a nice bargain. For not having a competitor in the immediate area, they do a heck of a job of keeping their standards up. Great job and keep it up folks!
My one complaint is the self checkout. Some may like it and I suppose it's okay if you just have a few item and are in a rush, but I'd much rather have a few more lanes open with cashiers. It seem there are hardly any lanes open anymore in the evenings.
