Dr Ingram was understanding, kind, answered any questions, gave me his undivided attention. I really like him a lot and felt very comfortable with him
Dr Ingram is very personable and clearly explains the possible causes for your medical issue, including how and why they work. This helps in understanding the reasons for his actions and what the next steps should be. I would definitely choose him as a primary care doctor, but since that's not his field, feel fortunate to have been referred to him.
I consider myself extremely fortunate to have a doctor such as Dr Ingram. I truly believe that he is the reason that I am alive today. I know that sounds dramatic, but due to his command of the profession, caring manner, and support, I have been able to live the life I have today. I have spoken to several other patients who are fortunate enough to know Dr Ingram as a patient and they all feel the same way as I.
I can ask for no better.
I also feel I must acknowledge his staff, especially Britany and Heather for their compassion and care.
I have been a patient at Shenandoah Oncology Center since February 2016. I have received excellent care from the entire staff. Dr. Ingram is a caring, knowledgeable and professional individual. He takes time to address my concerns, ailments, and questions. He has taken the time to get to know me as a person. Because of that he can offer advice that fits my mind set and goals. He is truthful and up front if that is what you wish to hear. He respects my knowledge of myself and needs. He has never dismissed a fear or feeling that may be unfounded. He'll laugh or cry with you. He's not afraid to comfort and be supportive. I have seen other doctors during this journey but I trust and would rather be treated by Dr. Ingram than anyone else I have come into contact.
