  Went in to purchase a couch. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and wanted to get it purchased and be on my way as quick as possible as I had my three month old with me who was cranky. They got me in and out within 15 minutes with the couch I wanted and got me a three day delivery.

  What a wonderful afternoon shopping accessories! A great way to freshen up our home. Gwen was fabulous to work with! We will definitely be back to purchase furniture from her!

  I will spare you the details of my experience at Grand Home Furnishings and just say that the folks who work at and manage this firm are of the highest calipher. They have demonstrated to me that fairness, compassion, and the highest regard for their customers are what drives this business on a day to day basis. Everyone should want to do business with a firm that lives by these principles. Thank you, Andrea and Paul, for setting the standard for others to follow!

  The Grand in Winchester is a great place to shop and purchase your furniture. Plenty of options in stock and even more if you don't mind waiting several weeks for custom order furniture. The two salesmen we worked with were informative and patient, gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision. I would gladly recommend this Grand!

  We had a wonderful time in Grand Home Furniture, located in Winchester VA. Upon entering the store we were greeted and offered a cold beverage. The sales lady introduced herself as “Pam” and asked if she could help us with anything. After a bit she checked back to see if we needed any help or had any questions. She let us browse with no pressure at all. She was very respectful & had a lot of knowledge about the furniture in the store. We did decide after different questions and information on a very nice leather sofa, chair & ottoman set & adding a leather recliner by the same maker. We also discussed mattresses & added that too.I think we had the best sales person in this store. We recommend her highly. Grand Home Furniture has a good employee whose name is “Pam”. We will definitely go back for any future home furnishings.
