Best Eye Doctor Office I have been too. I do my annual eye check ups and being new to this area I was hoping I picked a good place and boy did I. All in the office are so nice and helpful and the doctor really explained everything and took her time. I appreciated all of that. If you need an eyeball doctor use those eyeballs to dial for an appointment!!!

I am a regular patient of Dr. Lodwick. When I called to ask about a particular stress I was feeling in my eye. He got me into the office on the same day and examined my eyes. Because of this engaged approach, I was able to go on with preparations for travel without worry. The office is great, full of smart caring people who really know how to take care of business, and do. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this office. I used to go to this office when my daughter was 5 and then moved away from area. I am so happy to be back now that she is 20. Dr. Ambrose and Damara are awesome. Their attention to detail is top notch. The excellent customer service given by every staff member is way more than I could ever hope for. I’m so happy that my family and I are back with the absolute BEST eye care center ever.

I’ve read the reviews…and I go from the bottom to top. The low reviews were way off base, possibly people having a bad day as the entire staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Jennifer helped me twice to find frames (I go a day early as I know I take too much time) and she was amazing. Then Tamara the tech was so fun, bubbly and efficient! Dr Kristy! Bravo (Dr Kristy Ambrose). Even the admin staff! Thanks to you all!

Everyone was terrific. Have worn glasses for over 20 years and they were the best. Friendly, funny put me at ease. Answered every question I had about my vision and tests being done . Also answered all my questions about my insurance and what I was eligible for. Eye doctor was informative and I know I’m getting best prescription for my eyes. Choice of glasses is great. Plenty of options for whatever frame type I wanted. You won’t find better then WILLIAMSBURG EYE CARE!!! They are exceptional.
