Absolutely one of the best mechanic shops I have had the pleasure to do business with. Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee off of Carvana and experienced a grinding noise coming from the back wheels after being turned around at an appointment with Meineke because they had to much of a backlog of work for that day I rescheduled with them for two days later because I understood these things happen. I arrived at my new appointment with Meineke to sit and wait for 3 hours only to be lied too about a few things on how the warranty process worked and that I would need to leave the car for a few days just to “buy” themselves more time, finally I told them to cancel the work order and that I was going elsewhere. I contacted Tidewater Collision Center and man named Kevin answered on the second ring. They told me to bring my vehicle right in and I did. I was greeted at the door by Kevin himself and they pulled my car right in and got to work.
It turned out my entire issue was something completely minor and I was shown their findings in person right away and they corrected it on the spot within 20 minutes. These people at Tidewater Collision Center of Yorktown are completely up front and honest with you. I have dealt with quite a few mechanics in my life but never any that were this trustworthy. Ultimately if your looking for a place you can trust and rely on Tidewater Collision Center is the place you need to go to because they will be my mechanic from this point on!
