“This is located on the Yorktown Coast Guard Training Facility. It is located on the 1st floor of Steuben Hall. The hours are limited. There is a café very similar to a Starbucks. There are several couches and a library with several books. There is some outside seating and the space inside is very relaxing. I would recommend this for anyone on base wanting a coffee or tea drink or just a place to relax.”

“This might be a little long winded. I’ve been seeing Rusty for a long while now. I came to her after bouncing around from doctor to doctor for most of my life with what I feel has been pretty horrible and treatment resistant OCD. Rusty may not know this but she has walked along side me through so many ups and downs. She has called in my meds at the last second several times because my dumb tail forgot to make an appointment in a timely manner. I was able to easily reach her on a weekend night when I misplaced my medication that, due to it having a very short half life, I could not miss taking. If anyone has been through different medication changes in an attempt to find the right fit, you know how difficult it can be. She’s always provided me with the necessary tools to help me get through those transitions. Her demeanor and attitude are that of what I can only describe as a caring mother. I am thankful for Rusty. So much so that I’ve been seeing her for years paying out of pocket when I could go elsewhere with my insurance. She takes the time every time we meet to ask about my family and my life. She is a blessing. There are two ladies that operate the front desk. One is a younger girl who is always kind and helpful. The other is an older lady that strikes my as the tough granny type lol. But still she is always helpful. Just today i called because I was out of medication and did not make an appointment timely enough so I was gonna run out of medication. It took 1.5 hours for her to get a message to rusty and for rusty to send in prescriptions. I see several negative reviews here, but they simple aren’t my experience. I love this place.”

“This was my first visit with Nicole and I was more than impressed with her thoroughness and knowledge. She reviewed my medical history and found that I had a similar incident three years go but also reviewed my current labs to get a better picture of what might be causing my extreme discomfort. When I left I felt confident that I had received outstanding care and was relieved that the diagnosis was relatively benign (gout). I will definitely request Nicole in the future if my Primary Care Doctor is not available.”

“SHEEEEESH, WHAT A STAY! I booked here on a sporadic visit back to my hometown to visit some friends visiting town for a week, and wow what a great experience. Honestly, not to sound cheesy, but this was the best value of a hotel I've ever had. From beginning to end, from first phone call to checking out, I was very very impressed. Everyone was super polite, the location was excellent to downtown, Colonial Williamsburg and all the restaurants and attractions etc.., the lobby was fantastic, clean and well stocked with seating and working areas, the room was incredibly clean and fancier than expected, all the staff were genuinely nice and gracious, and the free continental breakfast was a perfect hotel morning meal. I was so impressed that I immediately booked another night later in the week, AT AN EVEN CHEAPER RATE THAN BEFORE, and had another great experience. I didn't use the pool or the gym, but both looked very clean and accommodating to guests. This Comfort Inn will definitely be my go to when returning home for my annual visits. Cheers, Comfort Inn!
