The tires still have ample tread and are not in need of replacement. No reference to the tire replacement recommendation was on my service order. The basic service was performed on time and without any issues. In my experience, service has never been an issue with Bluegrass Audi. Maintenance is performed on time and correct the first time.”

I was never given the items on the promise to note and I just gave up trying. It’s better to just be up front because that accident could have been major. Luckily, I had gap insurance and the insurance company gave me top dollar for my pay off, so thank God it all worked in my favor. The car was overpriced by several thousand dollars, plus a down payment, and a trade- in. Buy a good car with all warranties and don’t settle.”

Sure, no complimentary breakfast or bottled water, but the cleanliness was greatly appreciated. What's more, the TV had an HDMI cable, so I could use DeX for games and such (even Best Western couldn't provide one). I'd recommend it for a quick overnight trip.”
